A Florida condo that skips the beach palette for something warmer and more collected

A Florida condo designed for a young professional with contemporary tastes, balancing clean modern lines against the warmth and individuality of antique and vintage pieces. Rather than reaching for the familiar pale, beach-inspired South Florida palette, Paul built the interiors on richer tones — mustard, burgundy, terracotta, warm woods, and deep neutrals — for a more layered and sophisticated atmosphere.

Contemporary furniture is mixed with ornate and vintage references, natural textures, and expressive pattern, giving the home a subtle Spanish Revival influence that ties it to the architecture and character of its surroundings.

The result is tropical without being thematic: warm, collected, and distinctly Floridian, yet polished enough to feel at home well beyond South Florida.
