In 2024, Paul returned to his retail roots and co-founded Sunday Home Roscoe with Shaindy Pollak — a furniture and home design destination in the Catskills. The store is the physical expression of how he designs: vintage and modern set side by side, color used without apology, and pieces chosen because they belong together rather than because they match.

For clients, it means access to a curated inventory and custom upholstery through the same eye that designs their rooms.
